Emmet is a native of Naas and joined our firm in 2013 having come from a background of sales and management roles in the Transport & Logistics commercial / manufacturing industry.
After successfully completed his Accounting Technician exams through Accounting Technicians Ireland, he went on to take Accountancy exams and qualify as a Certified Public Accountant through his studies with Cenit College.
Since qualifying as an accountant Emmet has attained further education and qualified as:
- Certified Tax advisor
- Certified in VAT techniques
- Certified Payroll Technician
Emmet is involved in providing advice and guidance to our clients and ensuring their compliance requirements are adhered to in all areas of their business under various Tax heads such as Income Tax, Corporation Tax, VAT, Payroll Taxes, Relevant Contracts Tax, Diesel Rebate Scheme & Solid Fuel Carbon Tax.
With our varying client base Emmet has experience in Preparing Accounts and Financial Statements for Limited Companies, Sole Traders, Partnerships and Not for Profit Organisations.
Outside of work Emmet’s interests are in Soccer Coaching at Newbridge Town F.C., Running, Fitness and a general interest in all Sports.
